To make and receive calls and to send and receive texts through the Ringaway app, where the number supports it. Some numbers are “Calls only” and cannot send texts; the app shows this before you buy.

A number has a monthly fee. Calls and texts are charged from the credit you add, at prices the app shows before you call or send. We do not offer unlimited calling.

The call ends when the credit reserved for it is used up. The app also warns you when credit is low.

No. Ringaway does not support emergency calls. Calls and texts from the app cannot reach emergency services (911, 999, 112 or any other emergency number). Use your mobile network or a landline.

We cannot promise that. Many banks and apps do not send codes to internet numbers. Please do not rely on a Ringaway number for them.

Yes. Each has its own numbers, team and credit, and they are kept apart. You can add a business account from the app’s settings.

You get a grace period first, and the app tells you what to do. If it is not fixed, the number is eventually released and cannot be restored. Check the app for the exact dates.

Yes, from the app: Settings, then Delete account. It shows what will happen to your numbers and credit before you confirm. Some financial records must be kept for the period the law requires.

In some countries the law requires proof of identity or an address before a number can be used. The app tells you what is needed before you buy.
